No Returns or Refunds

At Habtea, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@habtea.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement.

Shipping Responsibility

Habtea is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
